The Plasti Dip seal ensures you can clean it and reuse it multiple times. Once it is sealed, spirit gum adhesive can be used to adhere it to the face. Todd got started in 2009 making reviews about the hottest songs on the Billboard charts at the time. I use X-Acto blades to cut it and to do fine details and undercuts. Todd Nathanson is Todd In The Shadows, a music critic that makes videos on YouTube talking about pop songs. A heat gun can be used to mold it to your face. I recommend building this out of 3-4mm EVA foam, using Barge's contact cement to glue it together, a rotary tool to sand your seams, quick seal to fill any gaps, and Plasti Dip to seal it (3-4 coats per side). This should be scaled at about 106% on Adobe Acrobat Viewer in order to be the right size, and I've included a ruler on the template to verify that.
